The competing offer must:
- Be from an authorized U.S. dealer
- Be for the identical new product and configuration
- Be currently available for purchase
- Include all applicable shipping, freight, handling, and other charges
- Not be a clearance, liquidation, auction, used, refurbished, open-box, demo, or special promotional offer
- Not involve pricing errors or unauthorized advertised pricing
