SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You may not transmit viruses, malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the website.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect SofiLux LLC, Line & Bench, our customers, our manufacturing partners, or the integrity of our services.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCT INFORMATION AND APPLICATION GUIDANCE
Line & Bench provides product information, specifications, comparisons, buying guidance, and application assistance intended to help customers identify equipment that may be appropriate for their needs.
Industrial equipment selection may depend on factors including, but not limited to:
- Part dimensions and weight
- Materials being cleaned
- Type and severity of contamination
- Required throughput
- Cleaning process
- Electrical service
- Facility conditions
- Loading and unloading requirements
- Required accessories or options
- Manufacturer specifications
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their application.
When appropriate, Line & Bench may coordinate with the manufacturer or its technical representatives to confirm equipment suitability.
Any recommendation is based on the information supplied by the customer and manufacturer documentation available at the time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Line & Bench does not provide engineering, architectural, electrical, environmental, regulatory, or professional installation services.
SECTION 3 — PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, pricing, availability, and technical information.
However, manufacturers may revise products, specifications, materials, features, colors, accessories, or pricing without notice.
Manufacturer specifications and written order confirmations take precedence where discrepancies occur.
Before purchasing industrial equipment, customers should review all applicable:
- Dimensions
- Capacity
- Voltage
- Phase
- Amperage
- Utility requirements
- Weight
- Installation requirements
- Included accessories
- Optional equipment
Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected equipment is compatible with their facility and intended application.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by Line & Bench.
After an order is submitted, we may verify:
- Product availability
- Manufacturer lead time
- Pricing
- Product configuration
- Shipping destination
- Freight requirements
- Application details
- Payment authorization
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- Pricing or product information is incorrect
- Equipment is unavailable
- The manufacturer declines the configuration
- Shipping requirements cannot reasonably be accommodated
- Payment cannot be verified
- We reasonably believe an order is fraudulent or unauthorized
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued according to our payment and refund procedures.
SECTION 5 — CONFIGURED, CUSTOM, AND SPECIAL-ORDER EQUIPMENT
Certain industrial equipment may be:
- Built to order
- Special ordered
- Configured for a particular voltage or phase
- Manufactured with selected accessories or options
- Modified for a particular customer application
These products may become non-cancelable and non-returnable once the manufacturer accepts or begins processing the order.
Before such an order is released, Line & Bench may require written confirmation of the final specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all relevant specifications before authorization.
Any applicable cancellation fee, restocking charge, or manufacturer-imposed fee will be communicated when reasonably available.
SECTION 6 — PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Some equipment may require a formal quotation rather than online checkout.
Quoted pricing may have an expiration date and may be subject to:
- Manufacturer price changes
- Freight changes
- Commodity surcharges
- Tariffs
- Taxes
- Configuration changes
- Customer-requested accessories
Line & Bench reserves the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel or revise orders affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.
Our Price Match Guarantee, where applicable, is governed by the separate terms published on our Price Match Guarantee page.
SECTION 7 — PAYMENT
Payment may be accepted through credit card, ACH, wire transfer, financing provider, or other approved payment methods.
Certain high-value equipment orders may require:
- Full payment before shipment
- Deposit with balance due before shipment
- Manufacturer-approved financing
- Wire transfer or ACH
Additional payment requirements may apply to custom or configured equipment.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes unless valid exemption documentation has been provided and accepted.

Delivery times and lead times vary by product and manufacturer and are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Line & Bench is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Manufacturers
- Freight carriers
- Weather
- Supply-chain disruptions
- Labor disputes
- Material shortages

Visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
Customers should photograph damaged packaging or equipment and contact Line & Bench promptly at:
Freight-damage claims may be subject to carrier and manufacturer reporting deadlines.
Customers should retain all packaging and shipping materials until the claim has been resolved.
Failure to inspect or promptly report damage may affect the ability to recover from the carrier or manufacturer.
SECTION 10 — RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and replacements are governed by our Returns & Replacements Policy.
Because many industrial products are large, configured, manufactured to order, or expensive to transport, return eligibility may vary by product and manufacturer.
Return freight, restocking fees, cancellation charges, or manufacturer fees may apply.
No equipment should be returned without prior authorization.
SECTION 11 — INSTALLATION, ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS, AND USE
Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment is installed, connected, operated, and maintained in accordance with:

SECTION 12 — WARRANTIES
Products may include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Line & Bench does not independently manufacture the equipment sold through the website and does not provide a separate product warranty beyond any written commitments we expressly make.
Warranty eligibility, duration, exclusions, replacement parts, labor coverage, and procedures are determined by the applicable manufacturer.
Line & Bench will reasonably assist customers in communicating with manufacturers regarding legitimate warranty claims.
SECTION 13 — MANUFACTURER RELATIONSHIPS
Line & Bench may operate as an authorized dealer, reseller, distributor, representative, referral partner, or other sales-channel partner for different manufacturers.
Manufacturer relationships, territories, product availability, pricing policies, and authorization status may change.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as representing Line & Bench as the manufacturer of equipment unless expressly stated.
SECTION 14 — THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products, services, financing options, shipping services, or website functions may be provided by third parties.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
